Ha...you think YOU'RE old? I'm so old I can remember all the words of the jingle for the H.P. Smith Ford commercial that played on TV during all the Nebraska game coverage:

"Here Dog...Come on Dog...Me and Dog want you to go to HP Smith Ford...HP Smith Ford....For a Good Deal!"

I also remember Arnold Peterson and his Farm Family of the Week.

I still remember the old school State Farm Insurance commercials, where at they end they'd cut to the local state farm agent in your area... And it'd show the picture of the guy in a butt ugly suit...
