He's not happy with the new DC at FSU. He said he didn't like the plan they had for him. Looks like they wanted him to move inside and he didn't like it.

Im just making an assumption. He said in an interview that he didn't like the new plan for him, and being he's at 280 now, im assuming they wanted him to move inside and he wants to play DE. He didn't come out and say it, but that's the way the article made it sound

To be fair, FSU' "inside" probably is a bit different from Nebraska's. I would expect them to continue playing that hybrid 3-4, with an inside move for him looking at more of a nose, vs. our more traditional 4-3 giving him a bit more help in the inside and discretion to rush the passer. He may not like either, but a move inside in our scheme isn't quite as much of a "eat up blocks" move as it would be at FSU.

Ya turns out he's mad cause they wanted him to gray shirt because they have a couple 5 stars they want. Pretty good slap in the face.

Yeah, I'd say so. Kinda pulling the rug out from under a guy at the last minute, hoping that he'll still commit because its so late in the game

Big big news here. Kid is a top talent. FSU getting a little greedy. Can sell immediate playing time. Reports have him up to 280, but it may not all be good weight. Needs to cut a bit. Some good motivation for him.
