Article from Oregon area. Says that they feel they still have a good shot at Owa. Owa would be the highest rated player to commit, if he were to commit.(doubt he commits to UO) Explains at little bit why the hype is so high for this recruit. Getting top 10 Rivals commits doesn't happen that often.

UO has had several top recruits in this past week. They are getting better at getting kids to at least take a look at their school.

They're two different scouting services. ESPN's service is called Scouts, Inc. while Scout is affiliated with Fox Sports.
