We will be much better with Cavanaugh gone regardless.
Thanks to Cavanaugh, any of the kids he coached can have a second career as a matador.
¡Olé!

Totally agree...they want to leave, good for them. Do what is best for you and enjoy it. PeriodWhatever reason(s) these young men have for exiting the program, I wish them nothing but the best going forward.
And honestly, if a young man decides his commitment level isn't there, I completely respect his decision to walk away. I would rather someone leave, rather than have him stay and become a lazy player and be a distraction--or worse become a voice of discontent.

What about serial killers?

Very well said. Similar to @NUinID, I stopped playing football because my heart just wasn't in it anymore and I could already start to feel my drive failing. Sometimes, it's best to acknowledge that and step away from everything with the understanding that you're ultimately helping your team get better.Whatever reason(s) these young men have for exiting the program, I wish them nothing but the best going forward.
