Deer Antler Spray?

They said it was banned in the NCAA within the first 30 seconds of the video at your link. But if you can't test postive for it then the only way the can catch them is if someone is dumb enough to tell, or take record the incident.

The segment says the sprays contains a substance banned by the NFL and ncaa. But later in the video they say that it's undetectable, and the ncaa would not sanction players for its use. So I'm not clear as to whether its banned or not.
