Defensive juggernaut Purdue clamping down Braxton Miller in the 'Shoe

All I know is that we better figure somethings out, or we will lose to Penn State, Wisconsin, and Michigan.
Wisconsin runs a power offense. We can stop that. Michigan can't pass to save their life. PSU isn't called Pick Six University without reason.

That's what happens when you miss an Extra Point, miss a FG and throw in INT in the end zone.
And have the refs gift you two points. (block in the back is legal inside the tackle box) as well as attempt to take out your running back (that WAS a horse collar on Carlos Hyde) The refs were definitely helping Purdue stay in the game.

So apparently, two horse collar tackles in the game and Purdue wasn't called for either of them. One of them actually injured the player. I thought it was just grabbing the pads, but according to the NCAA rulebook

ARTICLE 15. All players are prohibited from grabbing the inside back collar of the shoulder pads or jersey, or the inside collar of the side of the shoulder pads or jersey, and immediately pulling the ball carrier down. This does not apply to a ball carrier, including a potential passer, who is inside the tackle box (Rule 2-34).
