I know I'm just a n00b but....are you 60? Who cares what my name is..or whats on my avatar? It's mine. I've been a part of the husker nation for 35 years. The three things I'm most passionate about are music, my GF, and husker football. I'm a drummer and I know plenty of musicians that are die hard Husker fans. If we have show on game-day we all wear husker red.

So....basically...get over yourself.

Well Francis, I was merely stating that we had some diversity in a relatively new post.

Husker fans are a diverse group. All walks of life. Ages 0-110. Men and women. WE include all races, ethincities, religions, political views, occupations, social status and quirky things we do in our spare time. We span the country and the Earth. We all share one common bond. We Love Nebraska football and for most of us it's an important part of our life. That bond is a wonderful thing..

Yeah, CU could give us alllllll we want. They are STILL mad about last year. Plus, I've watched CU play this year and our defense is (or CAN be) better than theirs which will help slow down their offense but if we don't find an answer for our opponents passing plays in the middle, we will be SCHOOLED. I think our defense ROLLS in this game, and holds TOUGH when we're defending inside the 15, but that god dang CU can MOVE that ball in the open field, and THAT is what skeers me. I, for one, am worried. That being said, if we could have one of those 'fluke' games where our offense just 'hits it' and we get rolling, we'll mow CU down. I think they'll have trouble keeping their 'heart' in this game if we can move the ball. I've never been a CU fan (I even LIVE in Kolorado... sigh...) but they'll play with an inordinate amount of disgusting emotion if we let them in this game. It will take a MUCH better offensive game for Friday than we had last Saturday. They're no KSU, they won't come out 'flat'... GOD I want these guys to slaughter them 76 to 3...

I have never been to Boulder to watch a Husker game, so I'm clueless in this regard...

Do you think the altitude will play a big factor in the game?

I assumed Boulder is somewhere in the mountains, but idk.

Boulder is just North West of Denver, so i would guess the elevation is somewhere around 6,000 ft. The only thing it really affect would be the stamina of some players.

As well conditioned as our guys are the altitude shouldn't pose a very big problem.
