Anyway here is a tweet just released and IMO, NOT good news for the Huskers. As much as he has hurt us, this kid is a baller.

Deverell Biggs not at #Nebrasketball practice today, and I'd be very surprised if he's still on the team come tomorrow.

 
I read that he recently missed another team meeting and on Jan 5 got cited for driving with a suspended license.

I think the writing's on the wall. Guy just is messing up way too much, and may not be that interested in caring anyway. Too bad.

I agree with you. Just a shame for the team. If its true of the actions of this kid, its all selfishness and he doesn't care much about the team to begin with.

 
I question the comment about keeping quiet. This makes believe that he still has a chance to be part of this team. I also believe that there is more to the story than be late to a team meeting, like maybe attitude.

 
I'm sure there was some tension with players after the PSU game but that's just my speculation. Dude is trouble and we've all known it. I think he has potential and a streaky player, but if he's going to hurt the team, then it's best he's done.

He has the ability, but is way to selfish. All his teammates know it!

 
Biggest concern is that he will rub off on the young guys: Webster mostly.

I dont think Biggs is a bad dude, just making some poor choices.

 
My guess is that since he is deferring to Coach Miles and staying silent until Miles comments makes me think he is off the team the rest of this season, but has a chance to earn his way back on for next season. If he was permanently off the team with no hope of coming back, why not just answer yourself. Just an opinion, we'll find out tomorrow.
