Did Ndamukong Suh Disappoint You At Nebraska?

Suh seemed uncomfortable talking to Sanders. Maybe he's just naturally self-effacing, but Deion kept egging Suh to smile, and it just felt creepy. Just because DEION was all about the glitz and glamor doesn't mean everyone is. Some guys, like Suh, are just humble, hard workers.

Think how much better Deion could have been with Suh's work ethic and attitude.
also, everyone deion has mentored has ended up in pretty big trouble: pacman jones, dez bryant, some others (did he mentor vick?).

I'm disappointed that I'll never get to know what Suh said to Cody Hawkins after he rolled his sorry a$$ en route to the endzone. It's going to be like the Tommie Frazier-Warren Sapp convo of the new generation.

:bonez :bonez :bonez

My biggest disappointment with regards to Suh is that he had to endure way too much time being coached by Cosworthless. If only he'd have had the current staff his entire college career.
Same. I bet he would have had like 5 picks, 20 sacks, and 150 tackles this year. :woo

Suh is probably the best ambasitor to the husker football program since one mr. Tom Osborne, there is no way anyone can attach even a small amount of disapointment to his name. I will now be cheering for the Lions simply becuase of SUUUUUUUUUUH!

this may be sacrilegious, but he is probably more important than Osborne because he is a student athlete, therefore people have lower expectations. also, TO's national image was seriously injured by one socio-path that will go unnamed. it takes less to be considered a solid athlete. tebow is a great ambassador for UF, but he has done nothing compared to SUH. everyone expects the head coach/ad to be a good representative. now, i am strictly speaking of the ambassador aspect, i know TO was more important to the program overall, and built the program, ergo no TO, no SUH.

Bam, nail on the head.
the money my suh gave to nu,,,,,wow...you got to respect this guy...he sure has got my respect ....should be more like him....i am amazed with this fella.

I was pretty disappointed when he didn't block that kick vs. Texas! I mean come on Suh, what are you doing? :laughpound

After being picked second overall by the Lions, Suh was interviewed by Deion Sanders. Sanders asked Suh what Detroit should expect from him. Suh answered, "I'm definitely one of those guys who doesn't like to disappoint. I went to the University of Nebraska, and I believe I didn't disappoint. I look forward to doing the same in Detroit."

:o

That may have been the biggest understatement by a guy ever, even for a guy like Suh so known for being humble.

No, Ndamukong, you did not disappoint us. You were everything we could have hoped - intelligent, kind, giving, a GREAT representative of the school, humble, hard-working, DOMINANT, and perhaps most of all, you stayed in school another year to help the team and finish your degree, remembering that Nebraska puts the student in Student Athlete.

Disappoint? Wow, man. No way.

So long, Suh. Thanks for everything.

:bonez
:yeah

I am dissapointed he didn't win the heisman but thats about it. I wonder what this season would have been like if he didn't come back.
