why all the hostility towards the guy who owns the company? he didn't send the email, his employee did, and he fired the guy as soon as this happened. what more do you want this guy to do? or is it just because the guy who owns the place has an arab/muslim name?

 
Ultimately the owner is responsible for the business and its employees. He was probably the one who hired the smuck and he should have been able to see what kind of character this employee had. If you want to go ahead and buy a mat from this place be my guest, its a free country. That doesn't mean that everyone else has to feel sorry for this guy because he is an arab and someone in his company made a mistake and we should go around and just act like nothing happened. It is not a product that I would need, but even if I did, I wouldn't go there.
