The mods & founders of Huskerboard have created a little program, which should be good for everyone involved. It's pretty cool really. We've hooked up with a Husker gear outfitter (huskernation), and ticket company (tickethippo), and negotiated some pretty great discounts for everyone.
It's essentially a "buyers club / donation program" for the board. You chip in a donation, we hook you up with killer discounts on the stuff you would buy anyway.
This costs us initially, but if enough join it will kick us some much needed revenue to help pay the board bills. It's also a great way to give back to the members who make this thing go.
