Yesterday, Accuweather had it at around 70% chance during the game.  Now, they have dropped it back quite a bit to maybe 50% around kickoff.

Well, as a meteorologist, I don't go to Accuweather or the Weather Channel.  If you want to know what is going to happen, then go straight to the National Weather Service, they are the only source to trust:

I don't know who tOSU meteorologist is but after a team meeting they announced that they are planning a 7:30 boat race.  So I guess some rain will be necessary?
