Do you like the new Tunnel walk video?

I was checking out the new Tunnel walk video and it does not seen to have the punch from last season.

I just dont get the chills from this one. Thoughts?

 
Total agreement, i thinks there is a thread on it already. The tunnel walk is such an integral part of Husker lore, you think someone would put a little more effort into it.

I agree also. It is lacking a little bit. Just like my buddy said at the game on Saturday, they need to bring the prayer back!

edit: oooh, and if you used the soundtrack to the inception trailer, that would be awesome. maybe we should just hire christopher nolan to do our tunnel walk.

New ideas are tough agreed. I would love to see each starter reciting a line of the prayer.

Then the team as a whole finish with the last lines!! EPIC

 
This is a minor point- but when the tunnel walk was first introduced, we all clapped with the cheerleaders and built up quite a crescendo... now we all clap like Steve Buscemi"s teeth- we are all doing our own thing. Minor, I know, but we have the rhythm of a bunch of white dancers. I would follow those pom-poms wavers anywhere.

 
Yeah, It was my belief last year that a quick 1 min video that was a little different at the beginning of the tunnel walk would keep it new and exciting. I won't leak anything, but you guys will be happy by the end of the year.

Yeah, this isn't a minor point to me... People not being able to clap on the beat pretty much ruins the marching band's pregame show, the fight song, and the tunnel walk for me. I'm being completely serious, I can't enjoy the music with that crap going on around me.

Also, is anybody else creeped out when they play that one sound byte, "STAND UP AND SHOUT!!!!" and everyone around you actually stands up and shouts!?

Last thing... if everybody in the stadium yelled the same pitch, it would be like 100 times louder than it is now.
