My guess is that we play for the most part a straight uip 4 front. From what I've seen of Mizzou in the two games on TV that put some pressure on the QB and they don't seem to have much of a rushing attack.
That "special defense" last year was a disaster.
Watching their recievers, if we blitz and they pick it up it is liable to be six. I worry about our safety injury situation and our DB play in general against a very accurate passer. I am not sure that our LBs can keep up with the schemes if short handed on a blitz package. I would bet we play them striaght up until they prove they can connect on the long ball or run the ball with 7 back on D.
I think that will probably get the job done and result in fewer big plays than a lot of Blitz packages that might work 1 times out of 3 and give up a TD on the third.
