Does Cardel Jones Go Pro?

I guess it's good to declare with a small sample size of great play and a natty. Chances are he could never see playing time again at tOSU or if he did get the chance, play a lot worse. I bet he goes

I think he has to go. Take the money. Any money and finish college later if so desired.

I just hope he goes to a team that has an established QB that he sits behind and learns from. It would do him no favors going to the Raiders, Jags, Texans, etc.

Worst case scenario - he's 4-5th rounder, gets $1.5 mil guaranteed and maybe another $2 mil in game checks until he's cut in a couple years. Take out taxes, agent fees, new house for mamma and some start up bling and he's got about $1 million as a starter nest egg to last over the rest of his working life.
