I'm trusting Osborne to make a good decision. I know he feels responsible for suggesting Pedersen to be AD back before he left...but I think he wants to reconcile that mistake, which is why he agreed to the job as interim. So I think he's working hard to find someone good for our 'skers.

I think he'll also involve some other people in the decision making process so it isn't all on him and he makes sure it's the right decision this time.
