Dr Tom is making phone calls

What it looks like is TO is doing his eval of the staff NOW. For all that it really matters, the season is over. Time to clean some house.

 
I don't think TO is looking for additional reasons to fire these guys. But, maybe he is trying to get the family feeling rooted deep again. He knows what it took to build and keep that feeling and tradition alive. Even small things add to it. He wants that back and will work very hard to make it happen.

 
Hmmm. Based on the aritcle in the LJS today, I'm buying into this. Know way to know yet if all the fact are straight, but Mann's dad is saying that a conversation did take place. Good call on this "rumor". :clap
