I think some of the recruiting services lock in the pick and dont allow them to change.  That was brought up on I think the husker corner podcast last week when Callahan and sipple had that guy from on3 on.

 
Maybe I’m wrong, but I don’t see any scenario where Dylan isn’t N! I just don’t see Dom letting this happen at this point and possibly blowing things up to have a negative effect on Nebraska. Losing Kaelin or possibly other recruits at the this point in the game.
