What is making you lean 7-5? What are the losses?

I am in the camp of the defense being worse, but the offense and ST should be a fair bit better in 25.

I see 8 wins with Michigan, PSU, USC being losses and one of Maryland/Minny/UCLA/Iowa in a game we shouldn't lose but do.

I would see 7-5 as a modest improvement although obviously not the "third year magic" many are expecting this year.

I see it very close to yours but with Minnesota being a loss. As much as I think Fleck is a goofball, and hate the idea of losing to him, he is a good coach and I think he'll have a good team by the time we face them.

I hope I'm being too cautious and pessimistic.
This is the LAST month without football!!
 
Playing at Minnesota on Friday night in mid October will be fun against PJ Fleck. With regards to overall record, that's a game to circle for sure.
