technically you have to be at least (i think) 2 miles from the venue you are scalping. scalping is selling for a higher than face value price, there are folks right next to the stadium and in front of major tailgatting spots (embassy suites) who will sell them for face value plus the validation charge. so i think you pay like 60 bucks a ticket.
