Eddie George, landscape arch?

Averaging 152 yds a game is pretty ridiculous; just saying :)
Eddie George had a great year in 1995. Carried for over 1,900 yds at 5.9 yds per carry. But Tommie gained 7.1 yds per carry the 113 times he rushed the ball. Of course Tommie, as a QB, didn’t have as many carries. He also handed the ball off and threw passes. In '95 Frazier threw 17 touchdowns. He had a pass efficiency rating of 156.1 that year. Eddie George racked up more rushing yards than Tommie. His best rushing game in '95 was 314 yards. Against Illinois (a 5-5-1 team that year). Tommie Frazier’s biggest game in ‘95 was when he ran 199 yards against #2 Florida Gators in the Fiesta Bowl. For the national championship. Again.

Yeah, Eddie George was great. But Tommie Frazier was epic. It was a travesty the best player didn’t win the Heisman that year. In fact, it was pretty ridiculous.

The Huskers were so incredibly good that year I just don't think they got as much credit as they should have.

Tommie had a good run for about 30 in the 4th against Miami in the 95 Orange Bowl. Lit a fire under the offence and set up the 1st of Cory Schleshinger's 2 TD's.

Eddie George wasn't even the best running back in college football that year. Although a complete sociopath and domestic abuser, Lawrence Phillips was a better running back on the field and would've had a pretty good shot at beating out Eddie had he not decided to drag a woman around by the hair two games into the season.

7.7 ypc in the 5 games he played. Started the season off at 11 ypc in the first two games before he lost his damn mind and started the spiral from incredibly gifted athlete to waste of oxygen in the custody of California corrections.

Eddie was gifted a trophy by the media and by Lawrence Phillips being an idiot.
