Consistency I suppose . . .I was thinking the same thing. There's already a guy running the machine, why can't he just snap with his hands??Hahaha this is awesome. I think my favorite part is the yellow machine they show at the beginning that snaps the QBs the ball. Is that really necessary? :dunno
This would have been 10x better if they did Henery.
I know at Clemson they would have the managers snap the balls. Instead of getting in the center's stance, they would put their hand without the ball out and that would be the centers butt/taint/nether regions area, and they would snap with their other hand. The QB would put their hands up under the managers hand to receive the snap.Being he is a team assistant/intern he doesnt want to get that "familiar" with the players. Not being paid = not allowing quarterbacks to have their hands so close. Plus there is a reason he isn't playing football himself, the machine probably gives a stronger/more realistic snap.I was thinking the same thing. A machine can give a more realistic snap? That guy must be really pathetic. :facepalm:Being he is a team assistant/intern he doesnt want to get that "familiar" with the players.
