Ubben is an idiot. Did anyone else notice that in his latest B12 Blog he actually suggested Okie Light should adopt a certain "Chicago Bulls Theme" to use for their pregame song when the guy asked for a theme that no-one else uses? How can someone so clueless about the conference members(or at least those outside the state of Texas) be considered the credible writer for that entire conference?

Tim Griffen was it? I never had a problem with the guy and wondered why people liked beating up on him so much...I think we're just gonna find problems with everyone.

Although, so this new guy doesn't know the lead-in songs for all 12 teams...not a huge deal. Granted, haven't read much of his stuff.

Tim Griffin wasn't too bad. Ubben was nearly completely Texas-centric until he got a couple hundred emails calling him out on it. AAnd yeah it kinda is a big deal about the song... anyone who claims to be a big 12 expert should know about things like that... I mean it's the tunnel walk, one of the biggest things about gameday that ANYONE who has gone to a single Husker game or claims to cover the team for a major news-source and speaks to and for the fans of the conference and the conference's teams should know.

tim griffin just didn't any work at all...i remember him claiming before the national title game last year that texas hadn't won a national title in since 71 or whenever it was...completely forgetting freaking vince young and 2005...i mean really...it was 4 years ago at the time of the article...he had many moments like that
