Espn is a joke

I was watching the Big 10 preview special on espn, and what's amazing is that they don't know basic facts about the conference. For example, they stated that Wisconsin defeated Georgia to last years bowl game, and implied (not explicitly) that Nu lost their bowl game! It was fricken taped. No one said, he you guys f'd up and we need to reshoot a couple scenes. They just don't care.

And in case you were wondering, they said almost nothing about NU, and focus almost the entire show on Braxton Miller's injury and the perception that the Big 10 is weak.

Who is Brandon Miller?

Yeah, how could they overlook a mistake as essential to their argument as a starting quarterbacks name!

I watched it too, and Kevin Carter is on crack. About half a dozen things he said made me shake my head, especially the Iowa beating Nebraska comment, that was priceless...

That was a terrible show. They basically inferred that we didn't have a quality bowl opponent and that OSU must have some how won their bowl game. They picked Melvin Gordon as the best player in the B1G, I mean he's pretty good but he gets most of his stats against sub par teams. Ameer rushed over 100 yards in all but 2 games compared to Gordon's 5 games with less than 100 yards. Ameer also has 26 catches and 2 TD to Gordon's 1 catch for 10 yards.

The best was that apparently Braxton Miller is the B1G, without him every single team in the conference sucks.

Yeah, and no mention of RG44 whatsoever, what the f*ck are they smoking in Bristol...

Like AA said last year. Its their job to make comments and my job to shut them up! NU needs to handle their business.

What....sEcSPN not having the facts they could get from their own website.... nah... no bias. As it's so obvious that one often injured guy is going to miss the season, so clearly no one from the B1G can make the SEC Invitational Playoffs.

Big Ten. Not over powering at the top, but thick in the middle with few hard pressed at the bottom. However, given MSU's finish the top may have been pretty high. Nobody cares that the B1G tends to have the best inter league competition because they only care about the top. MSU and tOSU have tried to carry the torch at the top mostly unsuccessfully, but between PSU, Michigan, Wisconsin, NW, Iowa, Nebraska, and Indiana have held the above average mark throughout the conference very well.

get up git git git down ESPN is joke in your town
