I predict we get 9 or 10 wins. With wins over Wisconsin and Iowa, if we do not beat them we will have seen little improvement in the team imo.
so 12-2 with 1 or 2 losses to the above teams and the addition of the 2018 recruiting class would not be solid improvementI predict we get 9 or 10 wins. With wins over Wisconsin and Iowa, if we do not beat them we will have seen little improvement in the team imo.
yep. Our 3rd down situations are some of the best (lots of 3rd and <5) and we convert them at a high rate relative to our conference. That should only improveNebraska under Riley has actually had one of the best third down (and fourth down) conversion rates in the Big 10. Just sayin.
Nebraska doesn't need a pure passer. Most of the elite college teams don't need a pure passer. They need a good passer and a great decision maker.
And a great OL makes the decision making a lot easier.
We're not there yet, but I think we're closer. This doesn't feel like a rebuilding or transitional season to me. It feels like we're building on last season, with slightly better parts.
Well, hows this workin out for ya?New Quarterback, Defense, career 500 coach and you are all in for $1000? Funny. The funny part is the 5-7 win range is actually pretty common right now for our season predictions. If the season O/U win total comes out at anything below 7, I'm betting at least a grand on it. Serious.![]()
