Maxi Rodriguez scored a goal off a beautiful back-heel from Torres which went through the legs of Cahill to the onrushing Argentine. This was only Liverpool's third win of the season.

Torres missed 2 golden opportunities in the first half. In the 4th minute he headed one over the bar off a corner kick from Gerrard. In the 8th minute he tried to round the keeper but got snuffed out. He still looks shaky and a bit agitated. maybe he's tired of having to carry the team
