Juventus Eye Sergio Aguero & Javier Pastore

La Gazetta dello Sport and Sportmediaset.it are reporting Juventus are ready to spend $80 million on transfers this summer. Aguero, who Atletico Madrid have denied as being for sale, is said to be a priority target. Second on the list is Pastore. He continues to attract big interest from several clubs and recently claimed he would prefer Juventus over Real Madrid and Barcelona.

Report- Arsenal Want $65 Million For Cesc Fabregas

Spanish newspaper Marca is reporting Arsenal will not accept a bid for anything less than $65 million for Fabregas.

Reports broke on Friday that Real Madrid were readying a bid in the region of $60 million for the Spaniard.

Arsenal have managed to hold onto their star midfielder, and in an attempt to fend off future suitors, have placed a $65 million pricetag on his head. Additionally, they will only accept a cash bid, rejecting any offers of a player trade.

 
Milan's Andrea Pirlo Out 6 Weeks After Suffering Knee Injury In Training

AC Milan midfielder Andrea Pirlo has suffered yet another injury that could delay his return to the lineup, according to Italian newspaper Ansa. The 31 year old had previously been out with a hamstring injury and has now endured another setback. He will undergo further tests to determine the extent of the damage.

UPDATE: A.C. Milan Chief Medical Officer, Dr Gianluca Melegati communicates that medical tests carried out confirm midfielder Andrea Pirlo has suffered a second grade strain of the medial collateral ligament in his right knee. The player’s expected recovery time is 6 weeks.

Puyol Ruled Out For Champions League Clash Against Arsenal

Barcelona defender Carles Puyol has been left out of tomorrow's Champions League tie with Arsenal after failing to recover in time from his bout of tendonitis. Puyol has been struggling with tendonitis for the past few weeks, and sat out Saturday’s 1-1 draw with Sporting in order to give him every chance of playing in the match.
