UEFA Charge Gattuso With "Gross Unsporting Conduct" After Head-Butting Tottenham Coach Joe Jordan

UEFA have acted swiftly following Gennaro Gattuso's head-butt on Tottenham coach Joe Jordan Tuesday night by charging the Milan midfielder with "gross unsporting conduct".

The hearing for the charge will take place Monday with the length of ban in the hands of the disciplinary panel.

The minimum ban for unsporting conduct is 1 match, but due to the public nature of the incident, it is expected that UEFA will hand down a much stricter punishment.

Gattuso has already been banned for the second leg of Milan's fixture with Tottenham, so the ban might not come into play until next year's competition if Milan fail to win in London.
