If we're paying Mickey $1.5m that leaves $5.5m for the rest of the staff, including S&C. That's too big a slice for one coach to take from that pie.

Typically S&C is excluded from the assistant pool.  Still it’s 5.5M for 9 other assistants, including OC and DC.  Too big for one coach that’s not a coordinator.

Cooper said Rhule has hired the best recruiting staff. Time will tell. Hopefully it’s shown more on the playing field versus recruiting rankings where they may not always be rated that high depending on how many unknown talent  signs.
