Our fans are pathetic... I see multiple kids around me who are no doubt recruits and every one is sitting on thier a$$... 35 yards line, 7 rows up. I'm disgusted.

 
Actually, exactly when I posted that we got way more into it... Much better now. First half I was sitting here with people first half was kinda sad tho...

 
Sounded great on TV, even the early parts of the game.

We had a dropoff in the 2nd quarter, but that was understandable, given how we were playing.

 
Some people just aren't satisfied if Husker fans aren't raping and pillaging through all 4 quarters of a game. I know everyone that goes to a Husker game is descended directly from the Vikings, but c'mon...

 
to original poster for future reference: if you are concerned about the noise in the stadium around you, it is more effective to stand up and start cheering than to grab your "smart phone" and start bitching to people at home.

i had to watch the game from London (games started at 1am), but i was yelling loud enough to piss of the hotel manager :) He eventually accepted the beer and watched the second half with me. I think i turned this Brit into a husker fan.
