Thank you Randy! Thank you for shutting up James Toney even though I couldn't understand one word he's been saying for the past 3 months. After all hes been saying about Randy, Randy should have held that choke a little bit longer... :thumbs

 
In all fairness that is a pretty tough introduction into mma. Dont get me wrong I'm glad he got his mouth shut and I thought he was going to cry, but its kind of like saying. Hey I would like to try boxing. Guess I will just start off by facing Mayweather.

:laughpound Just like Randy said at the training yesterday, when you do that much talking and can't back it up, it makes you look like a douche. He should have just kept his mouth shut to begin with. And what's up with Penn!?

Penn had a terrible gameplan. No kicks, no takedowns til round 4. Overall, bad fight for Penn in my opinion. I thought he was for sure going to come out strong and win this fight.
