Favorite Show(s) that are RIP.

Freaks and Geeks
This show was amazing. Needs to be on Netflix.
I just finished watching all the episodes on Netflix last week. Very, very sad that there was only 1 season :(

In other news, the original plan for Arrested Development was to do 10 episodes followed by a movie. Now they are saying that they shot too much footage and it will be more like 12-15 episodes and a movie!!

Ive been watching Last Resort and I actually really like it and they canceled it not even midway through the first season.

13 new episodes to all be released at the same time in May. Schedule your vacation days accordingly!

although i love 'the wire' (greatest show ever) and 'arrested development', i think they were perfectly self-contained and am somewhat relieved they finished when they did. they are what they are, great to sit down and power through, and you do not need to worry about them jumping the shark. especially with 'the wire', which i felt had some life in it, but it really watches like a novel. 'arrested development' had a ton of life left, but when i first watched it, it was already canceled (same with 'the wire' and what i thought when i bought the first seasons of 'family guy'). so those three seasons are 'arrested development' to me. all there ever was and will be and going into it knowing that i really appreciate and enjoy it for what it is. plus, they are both great show to watch over and over again with so much depth.

'party down' definitely died too soon and i adam scott was much better on it than he is on 'parks and rec'.

hbo motto: "oh, you love this show? here's five episodes, see you in two years."

I'll add Dollhouse and Sarah Connor Chronicles... and Babylon 5 (probably the best Sci Fiction series ever for the first three years --- then rushed to an unsatisfying end... only perhaps Battlestar Galactica exceeded this series). Another series that should have continued was Capprica.

One of the best shows of all-time. They just brought on Alice Eve, and then it was done. So sad.

I would still watch this show with a 44 year-old Will.

It was getting a little weird, but I was still watching.
