Outside Erstad's 2nd year where he had a losing record, Erstad has had good records. Now, the team isn't making the deep postseason runs that we would like, and not winning conference championships, so that what makes his tenure "disappointing".

Exactly, I want him to succeed so bad but we need to start making noise in the postseason.

Was the game on TV last night? That's Kugler doing PbP there...but I didn't see anything about this game being televised on BTN...
