I know it will be tough but anything less than a sweep is bad this weekend. They need to get things back on track and get another streak going if there is any hope beyond the B1G tournament

I don't see how going 2-1 won't be good. Road wins are huge for the RPI, so if NU can get 2, it will be a good weekend. A sweep will be great, but I'm not going to demand it.

I read some where that 2 pitchers were out for the weekend but didnt see who. Anyone know?
Mike Waldron (might be Matt) pulled something in warm-ups last Sunday so he was scratched as he told the coaches. Not sure on the other, could be Howell, haven't seen him in a while.

Yea, I thinks it's the fact that we haven't done well on the road so far (besides Purdue) but if we can get a sweep it would be a huge boost for RPI. We need to see the hitting get back on track.

Yep, Waldron and Howell.

Burkamper will probably get the start on Sunday.

I was pretty impressed with Burkamper on Tuesday against Creighton

Besides setting the first 9 down he kept us in a good position to win. If he can do that (assuming he starts) we will be in good shape. We just honestly need to get our starters to go more than 4 or 5 innings.
