i do love that erstad doesnt sugar coat anything. there is little of that these days from coaches in any sport.

As long as he can channel that competitive nature and have it rub off on the team in a positive way. So far, it seems to be slowly taking effect.

Erstad is not doing a very good job in his first year. He better start being able to read when a pitcher needs to be removed. He reminds me an Anderson in that regard.

He also better start recruiting better pitchers ... or get a better pitching coach.
