I said earlier that as a 'friend' HC Callahan needs to let him know he should start working on his resume but then I surmised that maybe Callahan already told him that after USC. How else can you explain the game plan today other than Coz started spending all his spare time this week on the resume and not on scheming for the power house BSU that visited today?

BC's friendship with a defensive coordinator with such a poor track record got in the way of his common sense, in my opinion.

Yes, a second rate coach should not be tolerated at a program like Nebraska's. The offense is clicking along pretty well, now. I think that they should think about replacing Cosgrove at the end of the season for someone with something better in their background than 45th in defense in the nation.
