Ed needs to go.  Bring in Bo Pelini to fix these special teams. JK. But it seems like the last time we had good special teams he took over and we were much improved. 
 

Bruce read couldn’t get the right number of players on the field half the time. Ed foley gets punts blocked, which is one of the biggest momentum swing in football. Would be nice to just be average and not bad. That could add a couple wins each year

I don’t care if he’s the highest paid on the staff as long as he no longer has influence with special teams. His group(s) have been absolutely horrible.

BYUs special teams looks amazing. Maybe Rhule needs to look there for a Special Teams coach.

I don't remember any complaints about Bill Busch.  I was kind of disappointed he wasn't retained by Rhule in some capacity.   He was a huge step up from Chinander as defensive coordinator, and Foley was a huge step down from him as special teams coordinator.
