Whats the backstory/relationship?

Snow gave Rhule his first big shot when Snow was the DC at UCLA. Rhule then brought Snow to Temple and the defense was extraordinary. Top 3 in total defense and 11th in scoring in 2016. Matt's says that he never won a game as a coach without Phil Snow, which was true until he came to Lincoln. 

Foley also was a giant part of Rhule's success at Temple. His special teams units were stellar- annually tops in the nation in punt defense, blocks, and yards and routine fake punts. This isn't Rhule, but Foley was ST Coordinator here..









Could see Foley staying in Lincoln if he wants or going back to Temple as KC Keeler fills out his staff.

I will post here every morning until foley is canned.  Perhaps the Tony white news has delayed the inevitable, one can only hope that’s why this guy hasn’t been kicked to the curb yet
