FootballScoop reports Bo-To-Arkansas fell through after CCG

I can see the meeting now. "Who should we hire?" "Meh, I don't know... whoever wins the Big 10 championship game, I guess..."

Yea I think it was Jeff Jazoniski (obvouisly misspelled). Can't remember what team or how it exactly went down, but he ask permission to interview. The school said no, he did it anyway.

Right there with you, zoogies. That's one of the biggest shockers in CFB since Nebraska joined the Big Ten. I'm still amazed by that move.

I am right there with you two. This coaching move just baffles me. As far as I know he doesn't have any ties to the south or the SEC. It's almost pretty clear that the big draw for him was $$$.

 
I wish Bo would have got the Arkansas job! It would have been a blessing. It would give us the excuse to find a proven winner or at the very least a coach who didn't get blown out a couple times a year. I for one am done with him.

 
When I saw this on HuskerMax a little bit ago, it blew my freakin' mind. This just proves how big of a doosh Bielema really is.

Wow I hope these reports are not true. But if they are...IF...they are true than I do think what you said is correct knapplc. It raises the fair question: How committed is Bo really to the Nebraska program?

Again this question should only be raised IF these reports are true.

 
Don't blame Bielema at all. Much easier to recruit at Arkansas and in the SEC than Wisky. I think he's taken Wisconsin as far as he can and he knows it.

Kinda puts dirt on the Bo and Arkansas rumors.

 
I have a hard time believing that Arkansas would select a coach based on who won a single game, but it would not surprise me if Bo is exploring other options for more money and perceived opportunity.
