I don't have any specific or guided questions but I'll take some input on food and activities before the game. One of the guys I'm going with is underage so I'm not sure exactly what our plans are day of but open to suggestions.

Any good bars to hit before the game? Maybe some that serve food as well? How much does it cost to validate a student ticket? I am so excited. This will be my first trip to Ann Arbor for a game.

Depends on what you want. Main street has a lot of good places and is about a mile from Michigan Stadium. When I lived there, I was a big fan of the Jolly Pumpkin and Arbor Brewing Co. Both great brewpubs. A more drinking oriented place with decent food is Conor O'Neill's Irish pub. I truly miss their Shepard's pie.

If you can, hit Sidetracks in Ypsilanti (not before the game, just in general). Amazing burgers, but be prepared to wait.

Probably depends on where you go, but I always thought Ann Arbor had some seriously hot girls. In my personal experiences as far as places I've lived:

Ann Arbor >Champaign, IL> Lincoln

I've been to Michigan Stadium as a Nebraska fan in 2011 and an Illinois fan in 2010. Both were excellent experiences, but I'm sure there are some knuckleheads in their fanbase too.

No problem. Ann Arbor is an awesome city. I loved my time there and wish I could go back. Spend more than just the game there, if you can. Where are you staying?

Ashley's is a great bar with a ton of beers, but is located on campus and gets pretty nuts. The Heidelberg is a German bar and has boots, which are always fun. Not much by way of food, that I remember, but for a post game night of drinking, it would be a great place
