ISU will look for an upcoming assistant. They'll go after fresh blood, someone who can energize their program. Frank wouldn't be able to do that.

I think Frank will need to prove a little bit more than he has before a big conference team will come for him. I am not saying that he won't be up at a BCS conference someday, but not next year.
