This would be ideal. His face will be plastered all over the T.V. with the announcers talking about it every chance they get. In the words of Biggie Smalls,  "if you don't know, now ya know"

Here's a bad day for some ISU fans: Prohm signs extension. Hoiberg named Head Coach at Nebraska. 6' 9"  Sophomore Cam Lard announces he is transferring.

Here's a real bad day for ISU fans: Cam Lard transfers to play for Hoiberg at Nebraska.

I think this is a very real possibility and would help us tremendously.

Definitely no later than Thursday and IMO, the sooner the better.  Not sure it's a good look to wait - end the speculation and rumors and show that you've had your ducks in a row for some time now.

 
Assuming they have a hire lined up, I think it'll happen before the week is out, especially if it is in fact Hoiberg. No reason to really wait since Hoiberg isn't coaching right now.
