“ Fred Hoiberg's next coaching move could include college basketball's who's-who“ . Including... Nebraska???

People pick on his comments about recruiting but I like that he is honest about it.  Most coaches do hate it.  It's a cut throat business with a ton of shady stuff going on behind the scenes...anyone with integrity would hate it.  

 
The best parts if he came to NU

1.  The fans that hate JC players would all of a sudden have to love them.

2.  The "If Miles is canned the program will be set back for years" fans will have to admit they are wrong when NU makes the dance in year 1 with him as coach

2. they'd consider him the major major hire that negates the setback.

 
I don’t think Hoiberg will ever coach here.

I’d like to get someone like Billy Gillespie, but it would have to be someone without the Mr. Bojangles past who would be eligible for sainthood.

 
Lucky for us Hoiberg wasn’t born in Vermillion, SD or he’d be jonesin’ to coach the Coyotes.

Nebraska fans: *become slightly frustrated with those remarks*

Tim Miles: "I'm sorry for the comments on the podcast."

Nebraska media: *turns up noses* "He didn't have to do that. Anybody who listened to the entire thing knew it was clearly a joke. Fans took the comments out of context."
