I saw a plane flying around from my room about 20 minutes ago but it wasn't a Blue Angel.

I wanna kick the pilots in the nuts. I work over by the Verizon buiding near the airport. For the last 2 days they have been buzzing around here causing a whole lot of noise. Then when I walk outside for lunch/breaks to watch. They freaking land, thanks for teasing me lol.

Are you kidding?! You're standing silently with 85,000 other Americans, saluting the flag as a college marching band plays the National Anthem. I don't know about you, but I can't help but stand there and think about how great this country is and all those that have served. The National Anthem alone gives me chills, then when you get buzzed by those Heroes and the stadium roars so loudly it sounds as if the band has momentarily stopped playing... words can't describe how awesome that moment is. I get jacked just thinking about it!

I'm glad it makes you think about Service Members. Those thoughts are difficult for me at times.

Loud, fast things are cool. I think some of you are just jaded. I still get the look at the end of that video when low flying military fighters go over.

 
Does anyone remember the heli flyover before the 99 aTm game? I think it was to honor aTm's first trip to Lincoln. Their band also performed at half instead of ours.
