You've seen this one before but to protect the idiot the license plate was always blurred out... :)

 
Could be but in this case I don't know that hair color matters, if anyone is missing it let me zoom in. :)

 
Those not from the KC area probably dont have the displeasure of knowing what a "powercat" license plate logo looks like. Good for them. Me on the otherhand can spot one of those hideous things from a mile away, and know to turn in the other direction. Translation ARHF - the plate has a KSU wildcat logo on it. :)
