Game Ball

Shawn Watson and Barney Cotton. These caught a lot of hell last season, tho I tried to stick of for em for the most part, the Texas game last year was a nail for me. But this year these guys are both doing the work and flat out getting the job done. Shows how good they are when theyre not dealing with injuries and they have tools to work with.

 
They should cut up the ball and give a piece to all the players that played, except Cody JK JK...we played as a team and earned a big win as a team!

 
I say it was a real nice team win. Or I'm just too lazy to come up with any real answer.

EDIT: just saw somebody else gave the whole team a game ball :corndance well there you go, I should read the whole thread next time.

People always want to give it to the glory positions - a QB, WR, RB or whatever.

Our offense does squat today without the push and blocking our line was getting today. Hands down, without a question, our line deserves the 'game ball'.

 
I'd have to give it to the entire Defensive backfield..

They just took the "sure thing" number 1 qb in the country and exposed him perhaps worse than any number 1 prospect has ever been exposed in a single game as a fraud..

4/20 70 yards and 2 picks? Are you kidding me? I'd have called you a mad man if you tolde me we'd do that to ol Jakey boy this morning.

I would give it to Hagg. Very first throw he picks off a pass plus he had a very nice break up and a few open field tackles.

I think i gotta go with the same. You just knoe every one at espn was expecting him to have a BIG game . :corndance I also gotta go with rex and Helu ,and kinnie but the back field was running real strong to day rex had a great TD run just awsome running their.I hope we can see more of the option piych out like last week this time have Helu on the outside easy TD their great things to come I hope. And I allways thought kinnie was a big time player. I hope we go to him more often now just throw him the ball on a long pass big time play maker chuckleshuffle

 
It's great to see Kinnie getting so much love 'cause it's well-deserved. Is it just me, or does he seem to be Martinez' #1 target? Hmmmmm....

Btw, my game ball goes T-Mart. Our O-line and Kinnie are just as worthy, but this was Martinez' 1st road game in a loud, hostile environment, and he handled it beautifully. This was the first of many hurdles for him and arguably the most important for this young season.
