Game day to do's with 9yr old

I have taken my son to many games, and when it was a night game we would go to the Childrens museum or the zoo in the daytime. He liked being downtown and Mellow Mushroom is very kid friendly (if its still there).  We also got to the stadium early and watched the band march across the quad.

 
In 2019 I went to my first Memorial Stadium game since 1982.  Went to Morrill Hall beforehand. It was open. It was good. Loved it as a 9 year old and still do. 

Honestly can't go wrong walking around campus on a fall afternoon, even without a specific plan. Those are good memories, too.
