Ummm how about that episode. Still didn't answer our questions regarding Jon Snow but new ones about the Red Hair lady......I can not unsee that last scene

 
Now I'm really missing binge watching whole seasons until 2 AM. This is the first episode I've seen where I couldn't watch the whole season all at once.

Thoughts: The Lannisters are going to be doing some very unreligious things very very soon. Dorn is about to go postal. And would probably still hit it.

That was quite the ending!

I thought it was a good episode. It hit on every major storyline, other than Bran who appears to be in the next episode.

Can we just bring back Jon Snow already!?!

17:30 60gr protein + 2 banans

18:00 500gr beef + potatoes, greens

20:30 500gr salmon + 500gr sweet potatoes

22:30 50gr casein protein or 6 eggs + avacado + 30gr almonds + 50gr peanut butter

Drink a lot of water throughout the day + Juices to get more calories!!

middle of the night 50gr casaine protein or raw eggs
