My take and recap from seeing about 40 minutes so far...

The dude that died and came back to life is still pretty bad a$$.

The girl that left the family and learned to fight is growing on me, finally.

The queen of the place that is warm with the big huge bodyguard is like the new JR. Ewing

That dude with the ships is sort of lame but the girl he had tied up and her brother are cool.

I don't totally get what is going on with the red head and the blonde and which one of them is in charge.

Bran saw him. Jaime pushed him out of a window in the first episode, which is why he is a paraplegic.

I thought it was a good first episode to the season.  

I did not see any scenes for next week but it looks like the pace is going to be fast.

Bran's not really a human anymore. He's the Three-Eyed Raven; a repository of all of human history. He can, essentially, see everything that is and ever was.
