Okay, let’s see some ideas for Husker Gameday signs. Here are five of mine:

  • Is a Cheese-Puff what I think it is?


  • Their heads DO smell like cheese


  • “N” is for kNowledge. “W” is for Wizzdumb


  • Huskers taking the “W” out of Wisconsin today


  • My dream: Cohn head while wearing corn-head

maybe, "call us 'isconsin' because nebraska is taking the 'w' home".

Some funny ideas here, guys. Here is my favorite from a Badger Board.

FYI - Gameday will be on Bascom Hill, presumably near the statue of Abraham Lincoln (the sitting Lincoln; Campus folklore - going back at least to when my parents graduated after WWII - is that Abe stands up when a virgin walks by). State Street runs from Bascom Hill on one end to the State Capitol at the other end. Not sure how they will set it up, but it should be pretty.

Also, Wisconsin doesn't refer to itself as Big Red, just Red (as in Let's Go, Red although folks are just as likely to cheer Let's Go, Bucky).

 
I will be in attendance and I am looking for the best sign ideas. Send them to me! I am going to do something loud, obnoxious and stupid enough to get on TV.
